Week 11

Since I went back to work last Thursday, making every day pass even faster than before, this blog comes much later and has to be shorter than the previous ones. ;-) Besides, since we were still very busy all week with arranging furniture, shopping for missing things, mounting new cabinets etc., and unpacking a couple more boxes (there are still many left), we didn't get to take too many pictures this week. So here are just a few shots of Daniel, who has been growing more aware of his surroundings and is interacting more with us every day, and is "talking" a lot now, especially all variants of "rrrrrr" and "shrrrrr" and "errrrr" and "grrrrr"... (Unfortunately we don't quite understand yet what he is trying to tell us - although we are now trying verify the conjecture that "grrrrr" could mean "hungrrrrry"...)

At least we got a nice break from all the moving and unpacking stress on Saturday. Finally, our friends Clovis and Adriane managed to visit Daniel, after they had been longing to get to know him ever since he had been born. We had a great day together, which as usual was way too short. Naturally Daniel was the star of the day, surrounded by curious faces and often facing three cameras pointed at him at once! ;-)
